THE CONCEPT
My approach centers on close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional design teams to transform complex information into clear, structured, and engaging training materials. Together, we create learning experiences that are informative, practical, and designed to support measurable performance outcomes.
THE DELIVERABLES
Every deliverable is tailored to the training environment and delivery method. Project outputs typically include eLearning courses, instructor-led training materials, digital learning assets, and comprehensive project documentation. Deliverables may include presentations, facilitator and learner guides, job aids, quizzes, videos, Articulate Storyline projects, Adobe Captivate modules, and SCORM/xAPI-compliant learning packages.
